for me, pampanga is still the best epicurean center of the Philippines. it's a must visit for those who treasure their taste buds. btw, i didn't realize it's already been a fast 2 years since your last visit.

I live in Pampanga (San Fernando) and I think that was the case in the old time but nowadays, Pampanga (speaking of San Fernando and south of it), looks like it had not developed compared to other provinces due to ineffective government and flooding!
