In the download, items in the "textures" folder" and the "patches folder" go in their folders of the same name in your pcsx2 root folder

@@ReveriePass Dmc 3 is one of my favorite games of all time. yesterday in the new version emulator became possible to almost perfectly reproduce game without graphical glitches with light. I wanted to fix the videos for the ideal.

@@septimusmeptimus5366 The issue is you need a texture for every frame of the video, so if we assume we can get a 1.00mb file for each texture, that would be 45gigs of textures, and since it needs to be pre-cached, you'd need like 64 gigs of ram 😅

That seems to me like an update might have turned off your internet settings, maybe try re-enabling the Ethernet adapter in the pcsx2 settings

@@ReveriePass May just be problems personal to me. I needed to go into memory card settings and actually set the included file to port 1. I also needed to use a bios that had an older version number than I was using, as it was telling me it couldn't use the included .net file due to it being made on a different ps2. Apparently, certain bios versions will cause that error. Outside of those two things, this guide is perfectly informative and concise.

by the way if ingame your game is fps dropping in certain parts, go to pcsx2 settings (i can only find it while its the opened settings), then select the renderer to Directx12. This fixed all my issues.
