I bought the parliament wallet and tracker solar card. The solar card is garbage. You can not hear it ring. I contacted Ekstar customer service and told them. They said charge it..valid point but it didn't help at all. Another rep contacted me, they said to fill out an investigation form. Lol. Yup. So I did it. Another few days went by and another email came from them and told me to make a video of the card. I said listen, just send me a new card I'd send the old useless one back. 3 more days later an email saying it's company policy you send a video. I said I'll tell you what. I'm done with your horrible customer service and I'll order a tile card and be done with you. In exchange I'll forever make others aware how much your customer service is ridiculous.

Bought this / bought into this that it would track like an airtag, dropped into the wifes car to test and no bueno (cant see it on the map only shows the last location it was paired to your app). Your description as a bluetooth finder/ringer is spot on. I like the selfie remote option but thats not why I bought it. If I'm wrong on the track ability aspect of this pleas let me know. Does this tracker card work like an apple airtag or is it just a bluetooth tracker that can find it when it is in Bluetooth range? If I leave my wallet 5 miles from my house, will it lead me back to find it with the Ekster or does it only work within household wifi range?

The tracker is useless . I would say they must add a functionality to discard the button clicks that happens while holding/carrying the wallet. For some reason this button clicks keeps disconnecting my tracker from the phone. Its funny when you have your wallet in your pocket and suddenly you hear an alert saying " Did you leave your wallet some where behind " .. Guys this is totally useless . You can go with the wallet but dont do the tracker.

I have the Ekster wallet. I've been leaving the tracker in the sun for the required amount of time and it still won't turn on. Idk how long the battery has been empty. Maybe leave it out longer?
