This game has special place in my heart. I've got 3600 hours so far. It's the only game that I never deleted, even if I played something different. It grew some roots on my hd already i believe lol

You should see if there is an undo button so you lose less money when you are experimenting with floor/wall/etc. I think the shape is interesting, but the air bridge part would look better by softening the angle to be more like the far wall. Also, elevators would generally be more central and interior rather than facing the entrance; the space with the new janitor closet would be perfect for it. I really enjoy this series, its fun watching the combination of building design and seeing the patients being treated.

I would advice against making the area next to the emergency entrance a café :P Would be an intressting sight for people visiting their sick family members to see someones bleeding out on a stretcher running being rolled down the corridor :P

Hey, the windows in the original 3 patient rooms need to be removed.

You can plan using the rooms on empty ground without building the foundation as a kind of “planning mode”

Yes. A return to Project Hospital; the series that brought me here in the first place. Solid, not sure if you'll see this being a few days after upload, and not sure if you remember this being in the game (only at the 5 minute mark)....But you can make your own prefabs or copy/paste rooms. This is probably the best feature the Devs put in the game and more games should adopt the practice.

i have this game with all the DLC but every time I try and play it I get so overwhelmed that I give up. I find that competent doctors can treat 7 or 8 patients a day so you can scale your Dr offices to Patient numbers accordingly. Differential Diagnosis is a Dr skill (can be seen when you hire them), not a hospital facility

I've just tried out a theory i had. Opened the prebiilt large hospital and deleted everything, giving me 900,000 to build from scratch.

This one seems good? I hope it plays well; last one I tried the guests would just keep complaining that 'oh you don't have fish' or 'or you don't have salad' so if you tried to open like a burger joint you got punished.

The only thing I really would like to see is the ability to not lose reputation if you transfer out someone. It doesn’t let you make a hospital that doesn’t have every dept or gets “overfill” as they do in real life.
