The phallic artifact at @36:00 is a real thing! It's a depiction of fascinus, a Roman deity, who is a dick with wings. Funnily enough, the English word 'fascinate' derives its origin from this deity. People wore them as lucky charms to ward off evil

You can build the Roman colonnade and portico gate directly on your roads. They are in decoration tab
