Pickle juice absoutely does work and actually in my case, just enough of a sip from a pickle jar to get it onto the back of my tongue. I am in my sixties and had developed horrible calf cramps almost nightly. I read about the pickle juice theory many months ago and tried it as was already in the fridge. Amazing! I now routinely take a sip before bed. If I forget, I''ll probably be reminded in the middle of the night.

Us Tree Climbers use pickle juice when it gets too hot and the cramps kick in, fast acting & effective.

Been using pickle juice fo 3 decades. It works. Didn't realize it was a neural acivator of some sort. Just know it works. 21 years of High School football coaching. Pre-game with a 4 oz cup, cut with 1/2 water. Then pure pickle juice on the sidelines if it occurs - knocks it out in seconds.

My mom and I get leg cramps, especially at night. Eating a dill pickle or drinking the juice almost immediately helps relieve the cramps

The Captions were helpful, and as for how fast you talk (true), all I had to do was slow it down with the button for "speed" and go back to watching you educate and guide the young man, to demonstrate how a person could tape his or her own shoulder. Awesome job. This would work really well for someone needing a partner to help. For instance, I have a systemic pain condition, auto-immune, bursitis around various joints, plus cervical-thoraxic spine damage (MRI shows ossification at C2, C3, C4, and the worst narrowing at T1), and I can't move my head right now (levator-scapulae and upper trapezius pain/strain) to put, on my own tape as I can with my knees for bursitis, so your helping the young man a bit is a great guide for my husband to help me in order for both of us to sleep better tonight. Keep up the educating, don't mind nay-sayers, we all have our opinions, preferences, and experience. ☺

Nice. I like that it shows how to do it yourself. When I watch the other vids of the doc doing it, I feel like I wouldn't get it right. Great Vid!

It would be helpful if video mentioned how much tension to but on the tape? Other videos make the amount of tension seem important.

FINALLY!!! A video that actually shows the “real life” application of doing it yourself! I was starting to get frustrated feeling like I have to have a personal assistant just to accomplish this. 👍

Brilliant self-help video!! I can try this tape for my rotator cuff injury with almost full thickness PASTA tear. It may help reduce pain as well. To be able to carry on tasks of the day. Thank you, Adam Collyer. #great #useful #thanks #gratitude

Beth Pickett, brilliant observation for a great video. How is it that most how-to videos with this tape miss the fact that we don't have access to a person who can knowledgeably apply the tape for us?

Hi Beth. Yes we decided to show techniques that can be applied by yourself. Thats really handy if don't have the resource of a club, trainer or team mate to assist.

+jose avalos Ok that sounds pretty normal, soreness after a game. Kinesiology tape can assist with recovery after a game, by increasing the bloodflow in the area of application with the correct techniques
