"HOTDOGS" in North America are garbage. I would never eat one. All of the garbage meats are ground together and spiced up and then they add cancer causing sodium nitrate they say to preserve colour. Well I have news for you, real pork, that is pork that is not force feed corn, oats and barley, the meat looks more like beef, the way it looked for thousands of years before man started raising hogs in barns.

Snouts, spleens and sphincters. Don’t think they waist anything that goes into the slaughterhouse. They don’t toss the piles of ears, eyelids or udders.
