STOP MOUNTING THESE TO THE BODY BOLTS AND ISOLATORS!! Someone make some good bolt on frame mounted sliders. Such a slim selection…. These body mounted sliders eventually break and prematurely wear the body mount bolts…. Terrible design

Wouldn't it be a good idea to back every bolt out one turn each all around the Jeep to start and then one or two turns each all around again so that the body doesn't tweak once a few bolts are fully removed and put force on the last bolt or two before they are loose? This is the technique I'm going to try when I do my body bolt mounted rock sliders next weekend. Kind of like a star pattern you'd use when doing a wheel or cylinder head bolts.

I don’t understand how to install these. Nothing lines up. I would not recommend until there is better instructions. Inner fenders line up almost 100 percent

Commenting because… my front passenger body bolt broke. I ended up welding the slider to the body mount frame tabs. I’m cutting a massive hole in the floor to get the bolt out in a few minutes. Fun times.

Will this fit on a keep wrangler sport? Will it also fit with a stock back bumper

Honestly, I kind of feel like this video was posted to say "not all bolts break".....it was LITERALLY a video where I watched a guy use a ratchet 3 or 4 times and all went fine. If you do even a cursory google search for "JL broken body bolt" you get tons of examples showing the actual problem happening. Yeah -- "take your time" and "turn a few turns out then back in , rinse and repeat" is correct.... But I feel like you guys are trying to sell something and you are trying to convince folks this isn't an issue.....it IS...plenty of folks experiencing broken bolts....many have taken the advice you give and they STILL break....so I think this video does a bit of a dis-service. Just saying.

I'm interested in flipping the sway bar, but the flip kits I've found are $54. For a bolt. And washer. $54. I'm genuinely going to take out the small 15mm bolt and head up to Ace Hardware and find the right length and threads to do this. And it will cost me $2.50.

Can the plate mount be attached upside down? So the Camera is on top and light on the bottom facing up? Looking for a way to move license plate, as well as, be able to use rear camera when I attach a trash bag, such as the Trash-A-Roo to my rear wheel.

Unfortunately this carrier will not accommodate the stock rims with 12.5" wide tires. Wish I would of known this before purchasing and installing. Won't been able to use it until I purchase rims.

Has any one else attempted to mount these and have fitment issues? Only about half the holes line up the others are about an 1/8 inch off I’ll have to bore out the body holes to make these work almost thinking my buddy got a JK set? Idk

Just got mine today. Any tips for getting the front bolts loose? From what I had been reading, they are on with Red Loctite, and I tried mine earlier with a 1/2" breaker bar and couldn't get it to budge, even with all my weight pulling back on it (with my feet planted against the back of the passenger tire). Do you think heat would be safe?

Whish hadn't just ordered this before finding out there's zero install or reviews..funny suspension it's going to be a giant pain in the ass. Should've know better when this video was labeled "instalation video" and clearly isn't even the current model.

Great video. I’m thinking of purchasing my first Wrangler. Seller says she needs Shock Body Mount Replaced. What purpose does the Shock Body Mount serve? As a motorcycle guy, just not sure what this parts does or how safe the vehicle is with/without this repair done immediately.

if you don't have air impact tools - how do you tighten them - I am worried about crossthreading them or snapping the bolt heads off - and I have a wicked rattle on the passenger side now. LOVE them on my JKU - frustrated with the JL install due to the rattle.....THX
