Ok, maybe it isn't that good but you didn't do a good blowdry. When you blow dry your hair you are supposed to polish it.

Luxx are scammers and will delete the negative reviews! When companies like these have a 14 day return policy it's because they have no trust in their product and if you do not return within the 14 day period then they keep your money and you keep the false advertised product!
