Great video with valid suggestions. I myself started mindfulness meditation back in 2013 and it has does wonders for me. I used to be non-stop worrier/planner but now I can shut it off and zone out, and it's amazing how deeply relaxed you can get. I too found journaling to be therapeutic. I sometimes do the 4-7-8 breathing technique. What breathing technique is useful to you?
