Car dashes have a bit of an oily finish on them to protect the surface, you need to use the alcohol wipes to get the finish off and let it dry completely prior to using the adhesive. Just in case this helps anyone else who comes across this review 🙏

Thanks for this review. I've been using Bellroy cases for several years but I didn't know about this one. I'm still using my iPhone 14 Pro case with my iPhone 15 Pro. It's okay but the buttons are a little hard to press. I like the one in this review because I really don't need to carry my driver's license and cc everywhere I go. I can leave the wallet part in my car and take it out when needed. So yeah, I might order this today using your link. It's now $59 on Amazon.

I love the form and function of them I just wish they lasted longer. I’ve had 10 of them now, for 4 iPads. That equals an average of a little over 2 per iPad. So figure what that math means. I’ve had to warranty or simply replace the case for several of them. My 2 iPad Pro 12.9’s being the most. For some reason that size just doesn’t last more than about a year before the cover flap starts separating. Still, I use them exclusively because there simply is no better overall case on the market for the iPad.

I tried the Nano Pop, Parallax and Athlex cases on my 6a. All, amazing fits with _no_ saggy bits. The thin strip above the charging port is always an issue for me, but not here. That said, The Nano Pop was plastered in fingerprints within minutes (why do they _do_ that?) and the Parallax and Athlex had "protruding" grip strips, on the side which just looked weird to me. So, they _all_ went back. But, give Caseology their due, I contacted them via email and they got back to me very quickly. I notice that, on the cases for the 8/8a, the protruding strips have disappeared and been replaced by non protruding grippy ridges. I wouldn't say that was down to my communication. But, you never know, that, or maybe quite a few people commented 😉😉 Suffice it to say, that I'm tossing up between buying the 7a, 8, or 8a (not sure about those bulging corners!) but, I'll definitely be getting the Parallax, for either, or the Athlex for the 8/8a!

I'm the world's worst at applying Screen Protectors and have occasionally had them installed "professionally." However, when I bought my 6a, I bought a J-Tech protector with a similar "guide tool" and it was, a perfect installation. I did it in the kitchen on a very clean work surface away from any furniture/carpets. Those "dust bubbles" would drive me nuts! 🤪

on the spigen rugged case....that shiny rim around the camera bezel will create lens flare under certain conditions....spigen needs to re-engineer that one glaring aspect.

The Touch ID button doesn’t work with this case

The notch is better the Dynamic Island takes up more of the screen than the notch plus you can’t unsee it plus my phone can do everything the “Dynamic Island” can do.

Thing I don’t like about any screen protector on iOS devices is how it interference with gestures stat start from the very edge of the screen.

Thank you for the well paced and practical demonstration. I never remember, but apparently, installing a screen protector in a slightly steamy bathroom helps to keep the dust down. I am awaiting the delivery of an OLED 512. I have purchased the Anti Glare version of this protector. I know this may reduce the lush rendition of colours, but I am hoping the trade off will be a better result in brighter conditions. I didnt go for the etched 1TB version as my steam deck will get more sporadic use. In this case, perhaps the 512 offers better value plus the option to go glossy. I cancelled an order for an LED version because its obvious that the OLED screen is better and well, it's psychological isn't it? You don't want that twinge of envy. If I already had an LED version, I would probably wait for the Steam 2, whenever that is due. This will be my first handheld since owning a Sega Game Gear. I'm 57 and my sons James and Charles have more idea about using Steam but I am looking forward tp embarking on an a new adventure. Have you tried the JSAUX case from Amazon? And i tried on my iphone pro and fits perfect except that action button. And i check on the bix it says fit iPhone 15 pro but when i check on their Ecco official page and there are photo originaly for iphone 15 pro with action button not instead the cut. And i really want to know do they made for iphone 15 pro or is the same 14/15

I’ve just bought a second hand Apple folio for my 12.9 to complement my Zugu cover as I needed something lighter to carry around nearby/in the cafe or in bed when I want to hold it in my hands and need something lighter. I use Zulu when I travel on the plane, etc for absolute amazing protection for my lovely iPad. So yeah, Zugu is fantastic but a bit too heavy to carry around for a 12.9. Ideal is to have both covers for me! Hope this helps!
