Good job mate! Can you tell me where did you find the seat metallic base part? My seat got ruined and when I dismounted it I found that the metallic plate under the foam was rusty and broken. I can’t find anywhere a spare part :/ Thanks in advance!

Loving these TLR videos!! Once you've had a TLR, life seems a bit incomplete without one. Best bike I ever owned. Spent all my evenings after school riding mine til like 10pm during the summer months in Scotland. Washed it and oil changed it religiously and loved it so much. Brilliant memories and adventures had with that bike from my teenage years.

HFS fork kits are expensive and dont work that great. For a TLR, YSS emulator valves and uprated linear fork springs, work far better and are less money. The YSS valves change the damper rod forks, to speed sensitive cartridge type damping, and are available for most damper rod type forks.

Oh by the way I fitted a CRF250 powerbomb exhaust and a 27mm round slide carb to mine and it runs real poky keeps up with all my mates modern bikes and my son's gas gas 300

That’s awesome man, how did you get the crf250 pipe to fit? Just cut it and welded it to fit? They are surprising bikes once you wake them up a bit for sure !!

@@BonifaceRides the exhaust header fits the same as XL but the centre joining part behind the airbox you have to buy 3 peices off eBay,two bends and one straight piece then the rear tube gets cut a little shorter depending on where you hang the silencer but you also have to make clearance for the shock and the tyre when the suspension compresses,all I did was put the tube in a press heat it up and squeeze it enough to clear but don't go too much or you will restrict the flow also no welding I just got the tubes the right size to sleeve over and use good mikalor clamps,it's solid and don't move,and as you have flattened out the clutch release arm this won't catch on the header either

Thought I may aswell build it too because I compete on a Honda TLR against modern trials bikes and they are quite similar. Will do man!
