This house has nice floors. I wonder if that's real hardwood flooring. Damn!! I love this big kitchen. It's great for entertaining your family and friends during the holidays. That stove is pretty nice, too. I agree with you on that!! That deck has some major issues and needs a few wood pieces to be replaced.

800k with carpeting. You're killing me!! I love that this house is on the lake. I guess it's ok because it's only in the bedrooms. It must be nice in the spring and summertime. I like the backsplash in the kitchen. The 3 car garage is so nice!!

The unlevel front yard is a turn off. That will be hard to maintain. 10,000 towards closing costs is pretty good and 100% financing sounds great. Doesn’t that mean the housing market is struggling to find buyers when so many incentives are being offered. Gas stoves are a must in all kitchens. I hate my electric stove. Black stainless steel is the best

In the laundry room, that drain line is for the overflow should the washer flood. A drain pan/pad will go over it. Then the washer will sit on top of the drain pad/pan and the floors are safe if the unfortunate should happen. Keep up the good work with your videos. Your spider fear is quite enjoyable.

@@FrederickMitchellJR Yea, but we are in different cities as well…I ended up getting an all brick 1,700 square foot home in a great neighborhood that would put that property to absolute shame, and the one that I passed on that looked like the 1 in ur vid also was under 150k. That 1 was a new build and ran circles around the 1 in conyerds. It was in Hazelwood Mo.

For over half a million with no garage, No Yard, No basement, only 4 bedrooms, No Tub in primary, No closet space, and in that area that’s about 380k the house not bad just overpriced

Lived in the area 54 years ago. Just tell them the house is down Avon from Madea's house. An Easy walk to Tyler Perry Studios. West End would be a hike though.

I do like the layout of this house. It's pretty nice, minus all that carpeting that needs replacing. Upgrading the light fixtures and painting the kitchen cabinets will give this house an updated look. Big house for an ok price.

It's a nice house but that is NOT a basement. Basements are fully underground. At the most they have windows at the very top or ceiling of the basement and some have walk-outs. Walk out basement have stairs that you have to walk up to get to ground level.
