My favorite colors are black and white, I love the long driveway, I would put a pool and jacuzzi, pool house, and your man cave for your pool table, all they do is take up space. As far as those beautiful fans you can get them from Wayfair there always on sale. Why did the builders stop purchasing refrigerator for the new homes? The long driveway I also like? I would level the back for more garages, and outside storage. My son has a tesler so you need to have a charging unit. 😂 😂 Continue being you, don't worry about what ppl say, when they stop talking that's when you worry😅😅😅My mom use to tell us that. RIP. I would put Chandelier fans through out the home. ❤ Grandma Teresa

I love the design of the kitchen and the granite they chose is gorgeous. This is one of the nicest houses I've seen on your channel. The best part is I haven't seen any carpet yet. House has good yard space.

A older neighborhood with a abandoned house next door, with all those trees. Squatters probably are probably there when it dark. The best part was the faucet. And that smoke detector chirping. No Thanks! ❤Grandma Teresa

It’s modern and contemporary but from my perspective it’s a bit tacky, no charm or character, just a bunch of modern fixtures that’s one note. Also, the layout is weird, especially upstairs. That stone in the kitchen is quite busy…too overwhelming for my taste… and $700k with no soaking tub in the primary?!! 😬

This is the epitome of a mid-century modern home. It's very nicely done for what they were trying to accomplish. My only dislike is the island in the kitchen and yes it is just simply an island with an extension. And my dislike about it is the heavy veining. Otherwise for this type of home they did a great job.
