Amazingly deep and fun way with these two to directly experience freedom and love of true nature. I am loving Loch's new meditation app Mindful Glimpses that has so many supportive ways to access this for me in the midst of my day!

Once again, I've coaxed the KZbin algorithm into an agreeable dance and its gifted me this little gem of a channel. I'm fully smitten with these happy serendipities. And you're rather lovely as a mindful hostess. Thank you🙏

What helps with binge esting ,is just eating meals in kitchen with no distraction and just doing that (meaning not watching tv while eating and not doing other stuff)

It’s unfortunate that the audio quality is so poor-background white noise is almost as loud as the volume of the speaker/presenter.

Omg you got me laughing when you were started talking about Mr. Bill. Lol immediately knew who you were talking about. Great memories. I've had agoraphobia for 40 years. I found you from Dare ... Your second session in my dare app helped me feel so calm I had to go find you. I really like your humour while talking about helping yourself. Thank you

Oh, I'm so glad my humor works for you - and, of course, that you laughed when you recognized Mr. Bill! :). I have more stories of my own journey (using the techniques I teach) coming soon. Look forward to hearing your response to the whole course. Blessings.

I have a million things to work on. Been waiting though. Carlos said drop the books. 25 years i have waited patiently. The stomach thing is a big one. Portion sizes in most families are too big. The anatomy should dictate portion size not the idea of abundance. But sentimentality and all I understand. I developed a cool technique at ten. Tmi warning. So I used to play with games in my body alot as a kid. Then I figured out how to burp but farting took a little longer. But I developed a technique. I kneel then stretch out on floor come back up with the butt pointing in a 15 to 35 degree angle with the back arched. Undulating can help for percolation but the 30° +-10 helps too. As I switch the degrees I play with the inner muscles and relax the anus. When the air percolates out i pucker to increase vacuum pressure then relax. My first few tries ended with what I call sharts. But I got the hang of it after a while. Every once in a while when I wake up its the first thing I do. It helps release any air pockets inside. For some reason regular farts alone are not enough. For the games going up I just percolate the stomach with my fingers. Maybe swivel from the center a bit. Or do a little shake. Also relax the throat. And to avoid sharts don't let it rip. Relaxing plus forceful air turns stuff into projectiles. Ease it out. Pucker if you have to. You'll know cause the relaxation has allowed for a deeper opening when a big one is coming. Decrease the radius of the funnel so it's more cylindrical like. I remember reading dogen. Got to this chapter about shitting. Here I thought he was going to explain relaxation and inner muscle work and instead he talking about toilet towels. I get it basic hygiene. But a bit light if you ask me. So many ways to make it an easier process for others. Just study the shitting itself. It's satisfying 😌 like the tippy toes. It raises the knees above the hip. And with contractions starting slightly above the naval it's a breeze.

@@TheTarutau It has nothing to do with being an adult and everything to do with your post being nonsensical.
@TheTarutau
@TheTarutau Жыл бұрын
@@squamish4244 which part. I can explain as I go along but the post was just me responding to this video like I would to anyone. It's like Journaling for me. You ever read someone's journal. Sometimes it makes no sense. But sometimes it does. And sometimes sense depends on perspective.

@@squamish4244 I'm trying to help things make more sense for you but let's face it your adverse to what I wrote making any kind of sense for you. So not sure how to help you make sense of what I wrote. You will have to deal with your own mental reactions before you can see anything here. Good luck with that.
@squamish4244
@squamish4244 Жыл бұрын
@@TheTarutau What do you even mean?
@TheTarutau
@TheTarutau Жыл бұрын
@@squamish4244 does it matter at this point. Something else appears to be a bigger issue. Namely the reactions you are having whenever you read anything i write. Take the time to try and deconstruct why me writing about pooping as a source of satisfaction on this video troubles you so much. Realize that whatever that is you can create some distance from that. It's like if a person cuts you off in the middle of the road are you really going to spend the next hour fuming and cursing or can you untangle from the reaction and just go about your day. Just because someone wrote a comment you don't like does not give you the excuse to be an asshole. Plus it only ruins your day. So why be one. People are going to write all kinds of things. And a lot of those things will have nothing to do with you. I could see if you were at least attempting to be constructive. But your not even putting in any effort from what I can tell. Recycle the reaction. And don't be an asshole.

Hehe I had one of those lately. A lady with mental issues came in and hit a guy. Before he could swing i stood in the middle looked him dead in the eyes and said she is having a mental crisis. Then as he got angrier I stepped back and let him make the choice. But again I reminded him that hit was a non event but that he could cause serious harm. And that didn't stop him from yelling but it stopped him from attacking her. Because he knew it did not hurt. I could tell when she hit him. It was just the shock of the event. I then tried to calm her down. A few minutes later he admitted so himself it did not hurt but he did not know why. Then he threw her coffee on the floor and left. I know why it didn't hurt. His body kicked into high gear and adrenalines a bitch. Lulz. I too felt a slight flush as events began. Gave me the Willie's. I think how the choice is presented influences its outcome and I work within the variables to highlight the different choices apparent through different perspectives. I stepped back instead of holding my ground to highlight non aggression and the plausibility of my discourse having merit. I.e. the image presented must match the request. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eZTMYZ2wp6urqLc

Hello Stephanie ! I’ve just heard about you through a video with Shinzen Young called « from suffering to bliss ». I think that i may experience very similar kind of sensations/emotions/feels as you did during that video, I would love to hear if you have any suggestions about going through them, or if there is someone i can reach out that can help and guide me through them, that would be really amazing ! Thank you 😊
