I'm not really familiar with Xilonen DPS, but I'd imagine it's good for her since you get plenty of free shields from Crystalize to keep the buff up.

Holyyy wrong information and poor team building. First of all, Benett DOES NOT BUFF NEUVILLETTE. He is a HP% scaling character and Bennett buffs ATK. Second of all, no. The weapon does not share its buff to the team, only in co op. Where you need the character wielding the sword out on the field and every active character needs a shield. You are probably getting a buff from another source like if you have Tenacity on Zhongli.

@@calamitygenshinimpact1255 In the initial beta testing it was "While the equipping character is protected by a Shield", but after that it was changed to "While characters are protected by a Shield". It makes no sense to change it if it only works on the equipping character.

This is honestly another weirdly worded effect by Hoyoverse. I asked around on the official Genshin Impact Discord and people are saying it only works on the wielder. What I believe it is saying is that it works for CO OP purposes. So, you need a character that provides multiple shields like Zhongli C2 or Kirara C2, and then you need to have the character wielding the Calamity of Eshu active on the field. So, any other active characters will get the buff. How it does NOT work is how the other person commented it. If you have Zhongli, Bennett and Neuvillette in a team on single player, with Bennett using Calamity of Eshu. Zhongli giving a shields. This does not mean Neuvillette will have 40% Charge Attack and 16% CR buffs while shielded.

Hmm maybe not BiS, but maybe 2nd or 3rd best is good enough, at least until Hoyoverse has a way to allow newer players access to old event weapons like Star Rail.

Dori is really good at burst healing, her burst can do huge ticks of healing especially if you have cons on her. If your character goes under half hp, it’s pretty much a 1 tick full heal on a non hp scaling characters. Also how calamity was playing it, if you’re using sac great sword you can proc a lot of particles which can help with energy management on top of the burst giving energy as well. Kuki can fit well in this team as well, but it’s probably comfier using Dori since she doesn’t drain her own hp when activating healing. For this abyss, I used alhaitham, nahida, Dori, fischl, same concept except just using fischl to shoot the drake down.

@@treeleven3316 thanks. That makes sense. I have tighnari and all those characters built already but not dori so wondering if it’s worth it and you are definitely convincing me!

I just use Dori because she's underrated, the energy she provides is nice, but the characters on the team don't really need it. However, I usually use Yae Miko over Fischl and in that case, Dori would be a lot better since Yae Miko has a 90-burst cost. Kuki is fine though. Also, a lot of Tree pointed out is pretty much it.

@@calamitygenshinimpact1255 What many of us want that we would typically call loadouts would be, for example, if I sometimes ran Raiden as off field sub dps, or sometimes as hypercarry. Having some "slots" I could save pre-configured artifact buildouts for each role that I could just click on the slot for a quick change in the character's menu page would be great. Right now, if I wanted to change, I'd have to remember which artifact goes with which role. And having dozens of artifacts with the same icons is just not worth the brain power. Also, this is why my Raiden sucks. Has nothing at all to do with me not being able to build characters or being too impatient to fish for The Catch. Nothing at all, lol.
