No. Spectro frazzle has been in the game since the beginning. The hologram for aix has it. Its a debuff that does spectro damage over time to the enemy, it only exists for spectro.

If they modified Phoebe's kit to use coordinated attacks and her skill is like Yuanwu. Something like if allies hit the enemies inside the circle, deals coordinated attacks and inflicts enemies with Spectro Frazzle. 😅😅😅😅😅

She already has a decent kit, in my opinion. I think the DoT will function similarly to coordinated attacks, just a different name. It will be interesting to see how she performs when paired with Verina in a Jinhsi team. How quickly will Jinhsi's forte gauge fill if DoT is paired with Verina coordinated attacks.

@@angel-zj8kp Yeah. Jinhsi, Zhezhi, and Brant team would be great. With the rotation Zhezhi > Jinhsi > Brant > Jinhsi, the Skill Damage buff will always be activated for Jinhsi.

imo the new set eternal radiance for her is not good enough, i can easily reach 440k S0R1 jinshi celestial light with the same team as zhezhi and sk in ToA

Well it's a great option for freeing shorekeeper, letting her to support weaker team but the downside is you have to farm again haha.

Ahh good point, but this is not the first time Kuro give us some weird Translation And i cant really prove it by in game test only since mine has 68% crit rate (should be 88% with the set) Based on video footage, it feels like 88% but its still chances I will test it later on with 80% Crit Rate stat with new set (should became 100% with spectro frazzle) If there is still no crit DMG pop out then you are right

The problem with Spectro Rover Support is shes too slow on Stacking 10 Spectro Frazzle for Jinhsi (need 2x Forte & 1x Liberation) and cant even keep the 10 stack until Jinhsi doing her full combo so the 15% Spectro Rover from 5 Eternal Radiance Set is kinda wasted Phoebe might be better at stacking, DMG and buff or might be cant even be used on Jinhsi Team, who knows, we will see at 2.1 Update

Nah ,Phoebe will have +1 frazzle from her intro, +5 frazzle from holding basic attack with forte , +8 frazzle from res. liberation (with s1 will add +maks stack - ex : intro +1 & res. liberation s2 +9)

@@mozzarellachizu I read the S1 description, and that part is confusing. If I’m not mistaken, Spectro Frazzle’s damage depends on the number of stacks, and 1 stack is used every 3 seconds. Isn’t that going to be a problem if she generates low stack. And unlike Rover, she doesn’t have an ability to prevent the stacks from being reduced over time.

@@Cadmunit doesn’t. Fastest clear times are 2 dps (quickswap) 1 Healer because the healers give team wide buffs to such a degree that another dps dmg wouldn’t be enough to make up for the difference

Srover self crit-buff is +35% & +22% from Food buff & + 24% From crit weapon = 81% perma Crit-Rate. So, You should go full max Crit-dmg set on every echo (44% CD + 21% x 5 + 150% CD (base) = 299% Crit Damage)... WHY DO YOU HAVE ONLY 269% Crit DMG! It's a insult to Spectro-Rover!!!

Well if jinshi had a support that gives skill buff and spectro buff she would do more dmg cuz zhezhi gives 25% glacio dmg and 20skill dmg so carlota is benefiting from the two buffs unlike jinshi who is gaining just from 1 of them

This is so obvious and calling it now. New Glacio is Carlotta. New set Havoc set we already know it's for Roccia. They released drip for Phoebe so new Sepctro is her set and Zani will get Tidebreaker set and Brant will get Anthem set. I could be wrong and switch with Zani and Brant.

Why carlotta has higher damage? - new set glacio give 70% damage bonus - set spectro damage just give 30% damage bonus (70% vs 30% ofc Carlotta win) . -Zhezhi outro give 25% reso skill + 20% glacio dmg bonus (CMIWW) total 55% dmg bonus for carlotta. -Jinhsi just get 25% reso skill damage, when jinhsi's source damage is also from her liberation. (bonus damage from zhezhi can be maximized by Carlotta) . Sad my girl jinhsi. Hope you'll get your premium support

Old spectro set gives 40% spectro dmg bonus New set gives 25% spectro dmg bonus and 20% crit rate Yes and yes, it makes Rover better by a lot.

@@NinnFred The new set sounds really good, but it would be a waste to discard the old set because I don't have Jinhsi yet. Perhaps I'll wait for the next patch to see how good Phoebe is.

@@andrs13 Personally for now, I would stick with Havoc Rover and not farming the new spectro set. Spectro Rover is not good enough for me to farm a set exclusively for him/her. Discarding the old spectro set is a bad idea if there are new spectro character that is not utilising Spectro Frazzle.
