Thank you, Jeff. The instructions on my machine are too vague and I couldn't figure out how to do it until I watched your video.

Hi Jeff Hoping you might be able to help me. I have a Bernina 770QE Plus and I am getting the following error message Module has an error during movement. Confirm ok to remove hoop or cancel to continue with sequence control. I’ve tried continuing it will do a few stitches then stop again, any ideas as to why please?

Do you have a video showing how to takeoff the left side plate? Which way to turn the tool that comes with the machine Is it away from you or towards you? Because the screw is so tight it won’t budge So I don’t know if I’m tightening it or loosening it in the correct direction I am getting a 1010 error reading Please advise Thank you

Thank you so much!! I did what you suggested and adjusted the tension knob from 0, to 4, then 9 and lightly tugged my thread each time and there was no tension. My machine is newer so I can't see the tension components, but I did run a pipe cleaner down the slim opening and that seemed to help. Hopefully it will stay this way long enough to finish up my Christmas gifts and then I'm going to take it in for a cleaning.

This is excellent, even all these years later, the information is always relevant. Any chance you could do the same for the L850? Thanks for all you do on this channel, it’s very much appreciated.

Thank you Bernina Jeff! My top tension went wonky just as I was starting sewing. I was so sad! Thought I'd be unable to sew for a few weeks awaiting repairs, but this fixed it and I'm back to sewing. You're amazing. I'm so grateful! Thank you.

does the price on your shopify shop include the sale price or is it taken at the end as you pay for it?
