I need some help please: How do I reset my password on the yes24 website? I joined the yes24 site last year to purchase SKZ fanship kit. I logged in with my email and a password and got in. When I went back into my emails, to verify the account, the yes24 site said we do not recognise your password(?) Another couple of attempts and yes24 said it doesn't recognise my account?! But to this day, I am still getting emails from yes24(?!) In the end, someone else had to purchase this for me. But with the new fanship kit coming round soon, I'd like to reset my yes24 password and actually get into my account(!) Can someone tell me how to reset my yes24 password please?... I tried myself, and it asked for "ID" AND "email. I've tried a couple times but it only gives you 10 tries before blocking you(!) (What do I enter as "ID"). Thanks if anyone can help. It's such a headache.

SO... I registered on the yes24 platform... But I never received a registration number, I did receive a link to verify my account.... But I don't know what to do next 😭😂 can someone PLEASE help me !!!! Please 🥺 I also don't see any fanclub stuff on the yes24 ticket page. So now at this point I've signed up for Bubble, yes24 ticket and yes24 global... And ... I can't do anything Just tried signing up for JYP fan...what am I suppose to do with the user id? When I filled it in I received an error message at the bottom in Korean ... Sigh EDIT. I WAS finally able to make a jyp fan account but when I go to join stray kids, it asks for a reservation number... Do you have to buy a concert ticket to become a fan member ? ... I can't go to their concerts sadly they won't come to Canada.
