Everyone should be able to verify their Fan's page account and get the 6th generation verified! I tried it today and it worked. - Full name - Date of birth - Member ID [Ticket Number] Make sure everything matches to your Yes24 account. If you have anything different between the two accounts you won't be able to get verification. There is a fix for that, let me know if anyone is having that problem, I would be more than happy to help out 😊💚

If you don't put in the Reservation Number can you still be able to go to a Fan Sign if you do all the Requirements it tells you to do like Purchase Albums for Raffles or you can't without the Reservation Number?

I'm trying to purchase the Xdinary Heroes membership, but was having trouble once I got to the payment page, as I clicked on my brand of car, but there were only three slots for the card number where mine has four different sections, does your card, (Visa) only have three sections of a card number? (So only 12 individual digits.)

I just purchased my xdinary heroes membership, for the card the fourth slot for the number is the one that has the lock icon. You just enter the numbers into the little keypad thing that pops up by clicking it with your mouse or tapping it. It just has the lock thingy for extra security purposes but its the fourth slot really. Hope that was of some help, have a nice day :)
