Great Review and follow up on the PFAS issue. Do you see any issues with the heating element and cleaning it? Like build up of food splatter on that metal piece and will it build up stuff and cannot clean it well? Did not see your opinion on that? Was hoping you could give me a review on that, as my current Gourmia is okay, but after a year, non-stick is gone and now I see the heating element cannot be cleaned and looks not so great when I look at the build up. Looks like this item is a huge improvement and the innovation with food storage and keep it simple concept. Cook and store all in one and most likely I won't have parts all over since a glass container will have leftovers in it. In fact, I plan on buying more containers so I can use this for meal prep, really great concept. Think this will be a time saver for sure. Thanks again Chef for the review and with your help, will be buying this product.

Will you be making a video to review this against the Iceman brand slushi machine? I would like to see that comparison and if the $300 less price tag makes the Iceman a great buy versus the Ninja?

This is a decent cake from Costco. We just bought it yesterday. Man costco was so packed on Christmas Eve. I will never go shopping late again. Ours was differently decorated though. Ours had the orange carrot with green leaf or whatever they call it.

Interesting. I was at Costco the day before Christmas Eve and it was busy too. Couldn't imagine Christmas Eve!

Great comment, also wanted to know if you see a note if this product needs to be on a 15 amp or 20 amp circuit to run? Just thinking of older homes and possibly using this for camping trips and limits on power required in the RV and not tripping circuits. Thanks again for this and the great review. :)

@@ChefDawg I have to confess. I also learned that from Fordon Ramsey in Hell Kitchen when a chef pickup a piece of chicken from the floor and puts it back on the pan and Ramsis blowup a gasket when the chef responded like you did.🤣

I have one its great, more versatile than a stand alone air fryer. 2 things that would be better. Irs very low , great for pizzas up to 12". Im alone so not so bad , i dont need to cook full chickens or turkey or large roasts. But still it would better to have more headroom food can be very close to top elements. if not just so it would be easier to clean. The newer model of flip up oven is a bit higher and do have other models that dont flip up. Second disappointment is there is no roasting plate included neither one you can purchase separately. Would be easy to have a perforated roasting grill that neatly fits over the included pan. Even cheap small black and decker toster ovens fron 80s- 90s had that included. I looked for something that could work but never the perfect size 12"x 12", either rectangular or to big and to small. After lots of searching the best fit i could find on Amazon is a cooling grill for baking that is 10" square that can put in the included pan. A bit smaller but i guess will have to do. When roasting chicken breast or legs or whatever at least food is not staying in oil and fat directly in the pan !

Bro, how do you prepare chicken straight out the pack without cleaning it. Why didn’t you emphasize that in your video? Some people are not bright enough to realize that. Recipe for disaster!
@ChefDawg19 күн бұрын
50 years and still alive.... don't eat it raw, probably a good idea. Cook it to 165 degrees, and you're safe to go.
