I will not ever believe that a guy like this can/will change. Statistically, that's not likely. He should stay away from any kids, for life.

DECAPITATED HIS OWN MOTHER, but didn't mean to kill her?.... How the hell is that a defence? Unbelievable, what people come up with, and lawyers defend. Life without parole...AND WE DO MEAN IT!

Only a narcissistic psychopath has the capability to murder his friend, then go to those lengths to conceal the murder, then ignore the pleas of his friend’s Mother, then claim it was in self defence once he was charged. Also, his narcissistic personality made him believe that he had been successful in concealing the murder and outsmarted the Police, when obviously it was the exact opposite.

I think it's pretty clear as to what his motive was. Power. Always power. It does seem like he was inside those homes before the women got there. Susan was writing in her journal in bed and stopped suddenly, and that is where she was found. The timeframe in Erin's case was very, very small considering all that he did to her. But even if he wasn't already inside, these were 2 single women living alone in rather close proximity to each other but who did not have any connection to each other whatsoever. Which means they could not have been randomly chosen. The perp could not just break into a random house and hope that the only person there was a woman. He would have had to KNOW who they were, that they'd be alone, and where they lived. He must have stalked them. Since Susan had been away all weekend, that means he would have had to stalk her before she had even left for the weekend and was waiting for her return. It would not surprise me if he had been inside Susan's house the whole weekend as he waited and maybe even after the murder because they said her house was a bit messier than normal, possibly ransacked. Surely he'd stolen a couple of things, but not enough that they'd call it a robbery. A robbery does not go wrong by way of rape and stabbing a woman in her bed, but taking a few things after is quite common. He was young and of indigenous descent living in Toronto, maybe for University as he was 22 at the time and they said he does have a degree. But if he was in Uni, that implies that he wasn't living on the streets and was less likely that he took hard drugs or drank to excess. Which also speaks of a young man in Uni who seemed to have this little secret desire. Or maybe there was a different trigger. We will probably never know that but we do know that he intended to commit these crimes and was well prepared for them. I am just glad he decided to stop and move as far away as he could get.

Those seem like the nicest people but I don't think you'd ever see cops crying like that in the US. And blaming the killing on marijuana withdrawals is soft too. With the way their government has stomped all over Canadians and they don't act like they mind. They do not have a 1st or 2nd amendment equivalent. Their government froze the bank accounts of protesters and Canadians are in agreement with it. They are screwed

I love everything about this. The planet needs more people like this. Hell, we need entire communities of freegans to deal with the generations of trash we have on this planet. As for all the people commenting about picking up bugs when bringing home furniture; yes that is always a risk. However, there are plenty of ways around that. You just have to understand how certain bugs are picked up, signs to look for, and what conditions will kill those pests. For example, wooden furniture is easy to sanitize and is generally safe, small cushions can be treated in washer/dryer, certain things are still cheaper to reupholster than to buy new, and small electronics can go in the freezer or left outside in freezing temperatures. These things are only problems if we make them problems.

A few years before this Codiac RCMP responded to a disturbance at a local poolhall . Apparently, his close friend was causing trouble at the bar . Police had to use the taser on his friend but he died for some reason from the taser! Bourque had a lust for revenge after this event ! This is all factual because I knew the policeman who used the taser ! He was a good friend of my father who was a 38 year veteran of the RCMP !
