Toronto police trying to identify body parts found in Lake Ontario

A disturbing discovery months ago has become a suspicious and mysterious case.
Toronto police are hoping the public can help in identifying a man who died after several body parts were found in the water near Cherry Beach.
Authorities say the dismembered body parts belong to a man in his 20s. Our crime specialist Catherine McDonald reports.

As opposed to falling apart because of rotting in the water. Eventually the corpse will disconnect.... For a host of reasons. which happens when bodies are in the water too long. Basically telling you that it wasn't a natural process from being in the water

It decomposes over time yes, but for them to even use the word DISMEMBERED at all that means the body has not decomposed to the point of "falling apart". There IS NO accidental, or situational dismemberment when you are found floating in a lake 🙄🤣

CP24 gives description from DNA but that does not give you persons name or identification

They likely already have Sent the DNA for testing, but if the DNA isn't in the system already, there won't be a hit. as for other info, the case is new, and they have to plan effectively and keep some information back.
