All 4 lights are flashing in sequence and the infuser is stuck all the way in the upmost up position 😢

I have this issue where the machine is grinding but just dumping the coffee and water into the tray. However, for me this happens intermittently (like every other brew). Does it still mean that I have to replace the white plastic thing at the end of this video?

When you mention plastic thing (at 1:40) my drainage valve does not have this piece of plastic. I have a Jura Impressa Z5 - is it suppose to have it? Problem is that I have changed the orings but the machine barely can make a shot. Machine just builds up pressure and release into the tray after not being able to push the water through the puck

Nice video mate, likewise I opened it up, thought to myself no thanks, put it back together then pushed a wire up the spout to unblock. Magically working again 😅

There is something wrong with this machine. There is a light on the pot bulb

Mine is the same, The stem will not fold down far enough to reach the clip. I bought mine new in Feb 2024, so this is something that Kaabo obviously haven't bothered to fix. Sad, because it is a nice scooter mostly. I must say having the horn face the rider is beyond stupid though. Who thought of that?

Two questions. Rebuilding my first ENA3 brew group. 1) the little pipe shaped piece that fits at bottom has a small gasket that fits on the 90 degree bend end, does that gasket just fit on END or does it need to be put on further past first ring? 2) bottom of my brew unit does not have the brown plastic shroud that fits at bottom. Our family has a ENA5 so wondering why this is? How is this brown shroud removed? Sorry system won’t allow me to send photos.

Hi Timo Thanks so much for your video. We have to repair our own machines. And, your video is the most instructive and useful to date. I continue to have the coffee ground light blink despite assuring that the sensor clicks properly - after cleaning out the bottom of all coffee grounds etc. Unit works for a few cups then reverts to the blinking coffee ground light. I believe it might be time to replace the coffee ground sensor. Do you have a video showing specifically how to do this?

Your videos are great, saved my machine a few times. I may be at the end of my rope now…I pirated the boiler off my old DeLonghi, same model. The current one was leaking water really bad. The black hose that connects under the boiler and feeds back thru the front of the machine was totally blocked. Got everything put back together but when powered up, the infuser cycles down to the drip tray and gets stuck. The warning light stays lit solid. No idea what to do from here. Any suggestions? Hey, have you had a pump that seems to be working but not strong enough to push water through?

I wasn't able to find a "red" o-ring for hot water, so I went to my plumbing service truck and was able to find a basic black one. The machine works great now thanks to your video. I'll keep an eye on it. Now, I have three Jura machines torn apart hoping to get back together.

Hi Timo! I know this is an old video but I was wondering if you could help me diagnose my problem since you are the first video I’ve come across that actually helps. I’ve replaced my orings except the infuser. The center of the infuser is very stiff like I have to put a lot of pressure to get it to move. There are grounds in the dump tray but they are not in the cylinder shape and the water just empties into the tray without going through the spouts on the door. I am at a loss at this point. The water is hot and I have no leaks water wise but it appears that it is not tamping the grounds and then not going through the door. Can you help?

Hi Timo My magnifica makes one cup of coffee great. When I go back to make 2nd cup and press 2 cups, I hear grinding but no water comes and the water light is blinking. I have a full water container. if the machine sits overnight, I can make a first cup but not a 2nd cup. Same thing happens.

Hi, Thanks a lot for all your vid I bought my DeLonghi Magnifica XS from Costco MN 120 v - 60 HZ 1250 W Type ECAM 22110 B P= 1.5 MPa (15 bar) When I took it to North Africa and by mistake I plugged it in 220 V I smelled little burning. I still can turn it on I can hear the coffee grinding all screen look good with green and yellow light but it doesn't dispense water nor a coffee. Please help.

I got the same problem with my mantis10 V2 i purchased a month ago. I returned it to place of purchase and they ordered in a new stem and replaced it. Since it’s under warranty

Those two T20’s on the water pump side, by the encoder, that hold the brew group often have thread lock compound. Don’t use an impact driver to try to break them free. The heads are very shallow and you can EASILY strip them out. Push as hard as you can in to the screw head while turning to loosen, and support the other side of the machine. Sometimes I hit them with a bit of PB Blaster, AeroKroil, Boeshield, or other similar thread loosener. And let that sit a while, then try again. Those are machine screws that screw in to metal and can be super tight.

Thanks for the great video. I tried a paper clip at first but seemed to clog more. So I did the video. Not that hard the worst was the small screws in the back of machine to take off the top, were so small maybe a 2mm could not find right size socket that fit them . Ended up using a small adjustable wrench that kinda worked.

Hello, Timo! Can you please help me out?😭 I have a DeLonghi Magnifica Evo. This machine has no switch button like yours and right now it shows a symbol that I have to clean the indicator. The problem is that it is in the wrong position, so I can't pull it out. I know that it would go back to it's position if I could touch the power screen but it doesn't take any "orders". So how do I put it in that position, if I don't have such a button and it doesn't take my "orders" (I click on the touch buttons, but the machine does not do anything)

Hi and firstly…. This helped me so much..thank you very much. Unfortunately, i followed all the steps and my brewing unit moves freely and when i reconnected to my coffee machine, it runs and exactly as it used to. Except… I have same issue i started with…no coffee coming through anymore… ive used a screwdriver to trick the sensors to have a look, and it seems its leaking from the point in which the drain valve meets the lower piston and a load comes out of the wastegate. I really think my drain valve is faulty but i did do something alittle silly when reassembling. So i used the 'revised metal cap' for the drain pin, and it wouldnt sit in the pin properly, so i hammered it which ended up bending the tip very slightly and i have since tried to realign it. It seems ok but does have me a little paranoid that is causing the issue. Other than that, my reassembly was spot on. I tested the movement of the piston in a clockwise motion and it was smooth (which took ages to master but thats because i stumbled on this video so thanks again) Any advice on the above would really be appreciated. As im not sure if i should spend money on another pin, or just get a fully refurbished one. I feel its something very silly thats causing it, which is ashame because ive replaced all the o rings now

Do you know anything about: You press to make coffee, grinder is grinding coffee beans, the brewing unit is going on its upper position so it needs just the water to go trough, but instead the brewing unit is going back down and throws away the coffee grounds and then 2 lights are blinking: Empty coffee waste grounds and Warning triangle. In the user manual says: The pre-ground coffee funnel is clogged. But there is nothing like this. I also made the coffee grinder on setting 7 which throws a lot of coffee into the brewing unit, but still no joy. I tried with the setting for ground coffee so you can put it with a spoon, still the same. The machine thinks there is no coffee in the brewing unit.

I have one of those and my infuser is not operating correctly. It makes good coffee as usual, but it also makes a mess. A managed to operate the machine with the door opened and saw the it starts to throw away the used compressed coffee before the right time so there is a remaining that is thrown to the front and wrong side resulting in a messy tray and coffee all over the inside of the machine. Any ideia on how to fix this?
