Audrey, I am so glad I took the time to watch this video. I am a busy mom who has no time to herself and rarely watches an entire video 😅 but I actually took a moment and got a bubble tea and was intrigued by the topic enough to watch it. This was so honest and spot on! Thank you!
@AudreySuttonMills4 жыл бұрын
Yay emily! Thank you for being here and taking the time watch it. As a fellow momma I get that you have no time for yourself. Life is so busy right now and we’re feeling groundless and triggered. You’re the rock in your family, and when you take care of yourself and know yourself, you show up better for yourself (and others). And because you show up better, everyone around you does too! Glad it helped! Let me know if you have any questions. I’m here to support you!

You could try toning down the sexuality and focusing on the meditation. Some of you are attention seekers. Using meditation is shameful.

Hi i m frm India...Plsss tell me do u also breathe in and out when u pull your stomach up and down or u just do it while holding breath.
@AudreySuttonMills6 жыл бұрын
I hold my breath to retain energy. When I stand up, then I inhale and repeat. Hope this is helpful. Have a great day
@julianclegg19226 жыл бұрын
It is done while holding the breath OUT, that is to say after exhaling completely. You need to take some deep breaths BEFORE the big exhale so as to have enough oxygen in your blood while your breath is held out, otherwise you will not be able to hold your breath.

Appreciate Video! Apologies for butting in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you tried - Marnaavid Unexplainable Intervention (should be on google have a look)? It is a good one of a kind guide for learning how to hack your flow state minus the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy got great success with it.

What is the recommended length for this technique? Should it be done daily for 15min or more? My acupuncturist told me to find something like this to help unblock my meridians.
@AudreySuttonMills4 жыл бұрын
However long feels good for you. I usually do at least 5 full rounds of breath. Usually I try to meditate for 11 minutes because my mind is so crazy with to do lists but being mindful of your breath even for just as little as 5 rounds is very helpful for your meridians and mind.
