No where does scripture - God’s word - command us to be led by “feelings.” His word commands us to be led by His Spirit. And to renew our minds by changing the way we think, not by changing our feelings.

The definition I heard for sin is separation from God. No relationship No salvation. Sins are a result of no relationship. Once we are Justified he can then work with us and we want to jump in and help him but it's all his work... if I get to heaven it's not going to be one thread of my devising. I simply rest in him and I accept his invitation and allow him to do in me what he needs to do
