I don't know everything and only know relative to where I am. Also, things develop over time and what is good now becomes greater later. Have calmness in the walk. Now complementing what Barbra said, in your morning you are facing/directed/aiming to heaven. Thoughts are pure and directional. Breaking back into the world won't have the same signal clarity. Thus, the importance of a singular relationship with God and presenting your struggles/victories/life/ect. Just what I see, and it is something I've entered recently. Going into scripture I would see those morning moments as being, Christ like, in the New Testament.

Even though God leads us thought by thought, the enemy who messes with us, and our flesh will also mess with us, so we will not always get it right, but we have Romans 8:28, God‘s promise that he would work all things together for good and that includes things we don’t get right.
