So everyone knows... Contrary to popular belief that Yasushi Ishii "WAS" drunk when he recorded it, it is instead however to be on purpose as an "instrumental song using made-up language." Background Two demos exists for the music, with Ishii being more experimental next after another. Ishii did not sung the verses until much later, the chorus however was sung with vocals distorted and edited. In the next demo, Ishii begun experimenting with voice filters. One version with a more different filter and a different cymbals was featured in an extra of a specific DVD. The first one was however, leaked on KZbin.[1][2] "Logos" is a term that refers to the appeal to reason that relies on logic or reason, therefore; "A World Without Logos" basically means: "A World Without Logic" or, "A World Without Rationality." In addition, the lyrics were made up on purpose to display a World without Logic, with the content of the song itself being a song without meaningless, English-like onomatopoeic words. Though the animation maybe seen as dated by today's standards and ultimate is viewed as the definitive show which showcases both allucard and the world of hellsing itself, both the op track and sequences did their jobs well by showing another kind of hell (not as gritty and gruesome as ultimate) but still very much nightmare fuel for its time. No matter how much time passes, this op track still causes my body to shiver from the inside-out.
