why does tectonic shift do 70 k dmg on the giant dude and only 48k on kumar? if it just ignore defense while having atk buff on both situations, even having speed buff witch has nothing to do with the skill effect just saying!

default teshar skin is fastest, i heard

It's hard to test Teshar since he has two different attacks and different pauses in between, but I found this one to be fastest. Not 100% sure on it tho
