I’m 4.5 weeks into intermittent fasting… first meal at 11 am second meal at 5 pm… a few healthy snacks in between… I’ve lost 17 pounds so far… I was already eating healthy, but I cut out pasta, bread and beer completely… Stopped grazing throughout the day and waking up in the middle of the night for a sandwich… And the weight just fell off… I’m pretty active and I work outdoors so that helped… Going from 265 to 225… That’s my goal and I never see myself going back to my grazing lifestyle😃

i believe that adf is really eating in harmony with your body...in the caveman days...feast and famine...this is how the body adapted for survival..society has really brainwashed people into believing that people need to eat even when they are not necessarily hungry..giving the body a break from food allows the body to heal itself...that is how i see it..

I have to say you are one of the very few people who actually look healthy after a weight loss otherwise there are people out there who achieve the weight loss and kudos to them but they look extremely unhealthy & anaroxic..... I hope this works for me as well... Thank you for sharing this.

Hello Rachel, Its been 2 weeks since i started ADF after watching your videos, today i checked and I have lost 7 pounds (I started my first fast on 4rd June and today is 17th June). In this 2 weeks I have cheated every single day on my eating day. I have been eating alot of junks. But now I will get strict with my diet. Also in the past 2 weeks I have done 4 light workout sessions. I am looking forward to improve my diet and my workout. Then I'll give another update after another 2 weeks. Till then bye and tc.

Wow❤ I'm gonna try this. I'm so tired of being fat, having nothing fit, trying to hide my body, not wanting to look in the mirror , having people ask if im pregnant and just being self conscious. I pray this will work for me. Thank you

Can anyone please talk about hair loss. I love fasting, makes me feel amazing but I am losing hair like it’s shedding season. Is it because of PCOS? The underlying issue needs to be addressed? Will eating high nutrition and protein and taking supplements help regrow hair?

I think this will help me a lot I did keto for a long time so I can go without food for a long time and I normally stop eating at 5:00 pm an don’t eat again until 1:30pm ish. So not eating one whole day probably won’t be so hard. I’m now vegetarian so the volume of food I can eat really helps cause the calories are so low. Thanks for a great video!

too bad I missed this channel years ago. Wish I found it sooner. Hope you are well and taking care of yourself. I had questions, but your newest video is 3 years old =/ I literally subscribed and immediately unsubscribed because you are no longer doing videos. thanks for at least leaving some of these vids up to inspire me to do the adf thing. saw this on youtube by the way. take it easy. I love your eye make-up by the way :)

Thank you for speaking “from the heart”! Just watching this video of your incredible life journey is so inspiring! I’m presently on an extended fast. I fast every month for about 3 days to fight cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer’s and other diseases. I haven’t done an extended fast, like the one I’m presently on for 5 years! But now that I’ve heard your inspiring weight loss and life transformation journey -I want to try ADF! Thank you for opening up to us about your past experiences, you are such an inspiration to many! God bless!:

Thanks for sharing! Don’t you get to a point to where you don’t need to do 3x a week full fasting? I’ve been doing ADF for 3 weeks, I’m down 10 lbs. I hope when I get to my goal, I can get away with one 36 hour fast a week and a couple OMADs for maintenance. How’s your maintenance going?

So brilliant to hear what you achieved by doing whatever worked for you. I have done a lot of prolonged fasting in the past this did work for a while. But last week I felt that alternative day fasting is really better for me. Thanks for your story.
