If you are talking about the pain, then there are regression exercises you can do. For example, use as much assistance as you need to where you don't feel any pain, or use less range of motion until you don't feel any pain and work your way to more range of motion. Wake up and stop misleading people. Sorry brotha Im not trying to be a dicckhead I just thought you had a big following. But no need to tell people how to heal a meniscus in 4 weeks that's insane bro. The lack of blood flow in the area prevents rapid healing. The meniscus is a fickle thing

My name is Trevor, and I stumbled across you in the KZbin Shorts, and just felt compelled to say some things about this particular video: - You claim that millions of Christians die every year by what they put IN their body, or ON their body (whatever that means), but where’s the statistic for this? ^I recommend reading Mark 7:14-23 and also Acts 10:9-16 in regard to this. There’s quite literally no such thing as the “devil’s food”, especially since we’re under the new covenant of Christ. In the Old Testament, there were laws about which animals were clean and unclean, but this was simply for the Israelites to be seen as distinguished from Gentiles. While I can agree with that someone changing up their diet can bring them positive physical changes in their life, I’m not sure how this correlates with the “devil’s” food and God’s food. I’ll be honest, I haven’t read the entire Bible yet, but maybe I’m missing something. Could you point me to a scripture in where physical food (fruit) was the catalyst for someone receiving a miraculous healing (instead being of God)? - Also, are you saying that if you eat the correct foods that give you “energy”, and your physical body and spirit line up (as if they were out of balance), then you can make the Spirit of God gravitate towards you? And if you don’t eat these “correct” foods, then the Spirit gets repelled somehow? I’m not sure if you see fruit as being a more holy option because it was introduced in the beginning upon creation (prior to sin), but the EATING of the fruit is what caused the fall of man in the first place. So even though all food is acceptable in God’s eyes, a certain one that you don’t condone will cause the devil to enter your life and wreak havoc? Also I’d be careful with how you used John 8:32, and I hope that it doesn’t refer anything to this Fruit message you did. If so, that’s definitely not what was implied when Jesus said that. I’m not perfect either, but in a message about fruit, something seems fishy about this. I get the impression this is a message about healthy eating and just a splash of Biblical theology dropped in. I’ll be praying for you, and I’ll leave you with two more scriptures: John 15:1-8, and Romans 14 (The entire chapter, probably one of the most important scriptures I’m giving you!) Take care, and God bless.

HeyTrevor! I want to thank you for this understanding and loving comment. I simply just want to serve the people I have been put here to serve in a way that pleases the Lord. And I still don't know who that is (but i know i want to help people experience a better/healthier life, and i know it is through Jesus Christ, but for those who don't know about Jesus or don't want to, i can still help those people. And by connecting them more with nature for healing (which God created), they have a better chance at coming around to knowing the truth of Jesus. I pray for God's will to be done and not mine, but i know i am intervening, hopefully more out of ignorance than on purpose. Thank you for all those scriptures, i have read them and see where you're coming from. And i as well haven't read the bible fully. I study Naturopahty, which is the study of nature and using nature as our medicine. Ezekiel 47:12 But i love Jesus and i want to spread his word too, so i've been trying to do both, and i have been going back and forth about this, but there is just too much evidence that foods harm us. And when i say the "Devil's Food" i mean man-made, processed stuff that we call food. You and me both know that some of the things that are happening now, couldn't have come from man's ideas, i can't prove it is the devil, but i know the devil came to steal, kill, and destroy and with all this stuff about abortions, same sex marriage, the vaccine, etc, etc, etc. There is no doubt the devil is behind all this. But "food" (most things we call "food" are not really food, just go into any grocery stores and go to the middle isles that stuff is not real food - no nutrients there, even the "healthy" stuff on most food labels in packaged "foods" it says bio-engineered, also fast food is not real food it is one of the worst things you can do to your body.) This food is satans secret weapon and most people are gluttonous towards food, i am one of those, but it's been a lot easier since i cut out all of the literal garbage i used to put in my body. Gluttony is a very serious and deadly sin. Proverbs 23:20-21. Another thing is that the food and amount of food and the quality of the food that was eaten back then in moses' time and in jesus' time was ACTUALLY clean. Today our food is so processed, filled with 10's and 100's of chemicals, preservatives, our animals are injected with synthetic hormones and steroids and are tortured their whole life. I can say with a fact that the clean foods that God gave us back then are nothing compared to what they are now, but or course you can find cleaner meat and animals, but you have to look. And i do believe Romans 14, in verse 22, but let's be honest, most people, most Christians, aren't eating by faith, they don't give thanks for their food, we are gluttons, we have been indoctrinated and raised with traditions and false beliefs and opinions for generations. And Mark 7:14-23, I believe that, but most people take that and think they can go and break laws and think they will be ok, God set laws to govern us, our bodies, and Earth. In Acts 10:9-16 we see a prime example of how the majority of people ate back then. (Peter didn't want to eat the unclean foods, but obeyed God. I wouldn't hesitate to give this all up for what God tells me to do) Anyway, they weren't eating meat every single day 2-3 times a day. They were eating food that they grew, they cultivated their own foods. How could you go up to an animal you raised and kill it straight up, that isn't in our nature, we don't have that desire to go and kill. As a matter of fact, back then, they weren't like that, how the livestock industry is today. Something they would do back then is if they had a lamb and needed to kill it for blood or food (as a sacrifice) they would cut a little hole in the lamb and let it bleed out, this was a harmless death for that lamb, but of course the people who raised it would get emotional, because i mean why wouldn't they? When we eat animals which were scared for their life, suffering. When we eat their meat, we are taking in those emotions, and we see this in meat eaters, these acidic emotions. This might sound crazy. I was in your same shoes, but if you want any proof or studies or more information, just let me. I can make videos on these topics. Jesus is the way, the truth, the life, Jesus sets us free, i know and believe that. But Millions of people and millions of Christians are dying each year and a lot of them are dying from the same "dis-eases" and i won't ignore that. Unless it is God's will (Isaiah 57:1-2), i will continue, for now, on spreading these lies about our unhealthy lifestyles, and i am trying my best to follow Jesus' example when he talked to anyone. Now as for healing with fruit in 2 Kings 20:7, it talks about using figs in the form of a poultice to heal a boil. If you want to heal your body physically you can't eat meat, it is dead flesh and leaves acid ash when digested, if it can even be digested. When you study anatomy and physiology and chemistry and biology as well, you can clearly see the way God created us, we aren't meant to eat meat, very little grains and vegetables, but our bodies are perfectly designed to eat fruit. I believe that God gave us fruit and herbs as our first food for a reason, it is our food. But I know that when sin came into the world God gave us the list of unclean foods and clean foods. And to speak on that list, part of the unclean foods are, chickens, crabs, shrimp, lobster, pork, rabbit, just to name a few. But billions of chickens and pigs are killed every year to eat. And millions if not billions of people, including Christians, are eating all of those unclean foods, every year. God bless you and i thank you for your prayers, i will be praying for you as well. I would love to talk more if you're down, you seem like a very nice, cool follow of Christ.

Hello brother, my knee with meniscus tear cracks a little while walking. What could be the reason for this? Or what should I do to alleviate this? Should I do the exercises in the video for cracking?

If the cracking from walking hurts, then start with very slow and short movements, with a lot of assistance so no pain is felt during the exercise. The reason could be many things, but probably because you’ve injured it during many years of improper training. I would still do the exercises, but only at a level where you feel no pain.

I injured my knee a month and a half ago. The diagnosis is incomplete meniscus tear. I'm athletically built, I'm 46 years old, I've been training since I was 18. There are no exercises I haven't done, but the pain doesn't go away. How is it possible that meniscal healing can be accelerated by exercise? At what point can I start with the shown exercises. Now if I do them I only make it worse and increase the pain. Does an MRI have to show that healing is nearing completion?
@joelmaluf
@joelmaluf 8 ай бұрын
When you train lower body exercises where your knee goes over your toe, it primarily targets the VMO, the closest muscle to the knee. And by targeting this muscle by these knee over toe exercises more blood will flow to this area of the knee even into the ligaments and cartilage. But it's a slow process, and depending on your level of pain and injury, more patience is required. I recommend starting with backwards walking/sledding, but with zero pain, there are always regressions. (Take a look at Kneesovertoesguy on KZbin and watch his videos, he has more than 10 years in this field). Then start with the exercises in this video, without pain. I wouldn't use an MRI, I would rather go with what my body is telling me, but you do what you feel most confortable with.

Firstly, almost all animals don't exclusively eat a single type of food. Even herbivores eat meat occasionally, to supplement their diets. Natural salt licks are a good example of how animals need a variety of vitamins and minerals to be healthy. Also, look up what any given animal eats, and you'll find more than one food listed. Humans are no different. A single kind of food is unable to provide all of a human's dietary needs without vitamins or other supplements. A more varied diet is generally more healthy, because the more different foods you eat, the more likely it is that all the vitamins and minerals you need are accounted for, and that you don't suffer an excess or deficiency of any particular one. Also, average human life expectancy and standard of living is higher than it's ever been, largely thanks to modern medicine. Said medicine is able to determine when people are suffering from malnutrition, and it is not a widespread problem in first world countries because we have access to a variety of food and to health resources. The only reason for a person who's eating enough to suffer from malnutrition is that their diet is not varied enough to provide everything they need. It isn't _good for you_ to eat junk food, for instance. But if junk food isn't the only thing you eat, and you eat a varied diet that also includes more healthy foods, and you aren't overeating to the point of obesity, you'll be fine.

Or if you already have an upper body plan just take those exercises. But follow that and let me know how it goes. And also warm up with backwards walking and finish with some stretches.
