Thanks for sharing. I also have a torn meniscus and deal with random pain when doing lower body workouts such as deadlifts and squats. Would you suggest stopping these traditional exercises for the ones in your video or to incorporate them within the workouts?

Hey, you're welcome. I would say start incorporating these exercises, start working the nordics, ATG Split Squat, jefferson curl, Romanian deadlift, Deep squats (can go heavy). As the pain leave you can start implementing the other exercises back in.

Just because you got a grip on your cute millenal-knee-problems doesn´t mean you it will improve all kinds of knee-problems. Once you feel degeneration, you will learn.
