I do not know. I have been attributing the waking up at 3:00 AM to my anxiety with which I have struggled my entire life. I do get up and often write in my journal. Lately, I have been mending things with hand sewing. I am a musician and have written two songs that came to me at 3:00 AM. I am MtoF transgender and in transition. When I wake at 3:00 AM I have a clearer sense of who I am and always have been. I also meditate and do hatha yoga. Waking at 3:00 AM, I remember more dreams and often write them down with my interpretations. This helps me make sense of things. I would like to believe the message of the video. I also am a statistician, so I rely on science and data to help me understand things. I appreciate there is more than we see and much of what we know is based on mentally constructed theories. Those theories often help in navigating the world. But often, they are not enough. Thanks for the message.

This is why we crave for the next thing- the next vacation, the next car, the next house because it brings us into the present moment.
