Actually there have been several who have done exactly that and who have gone on to achieve unbelievable things. Viktor Frankl and Nelson Mandela come to mind immediately. This is about overcoming the ( very understandable, very natural) victim mentality most of us default to and choosing to completely change our viewpoint, finding joy and happiness in the things we didn’t notice before. Some people get this down to a very fine art and look out! Where it takes them is truly remarkable/ even, miraculous. I wish you well on your journey and send love 😊
