@themacintoshguide In your video you created a separate partition. Am I going to be able to upgrade the "current partition which is running Monterey? I was able to upgrade to Monterey but swapping in the original Mac SSD to upgrade the firmware. Then I swapped it back out for my 1TB SSD and was able to upgrade to Monterey. So will I be able to upgrade from Monterey to Ventura with my non Mac native 1 TB SSD?

Good video but why didn't you try to get a 2TB SSD instead of the 1TB? I realize this was a decision you just made but honestly the 1TB HDD and the way Microsoft formats it makes the 1TB feel like you gotta be ready to delete stuff and some of these games can take up a lot of space. Iirc the Microsoft format firmware should work fine with 2TB and they claim it should work with 4TB but the latter has to be made by a particular brand and most Xbox one fans seem afraid to do 2TB much less 4TB SSD.

Most unboxing video of this laptop I watched have only one charger but you have 2 here, thats quite interesting. Which region did you buy it? Or maybe its different packaging based on the model like 4060 vs 4070. Or is it Intel vs AMD version.

WINDOWS 11 FAILED (macbook pro 2018) SAFE_OS I found the solution in a previous comment. Run the by pass but install a windows 11 iso from Microsoft (same as for windows 10). It worked like a charm. Maybe it was because I installed a french version and that the version in the drive was not French. Don't know but you just need the bypass and then official windows 11 file. Thank you for the video it was very helpful for the other steps !
