Sorry I used to live in Paris, Texas. Minus those few things that you mentioned unfortunately or fortunately there is nothing really to do. Not to burst your bubble but it is a crap fest to anyone that wants to visit that isn’t during the festival season.

El Cid was not born in Valencia either. He was born in Vivar near Burgos. You speak about him and then move on to call Cervantes another native. Please research before recording.

1.- Valencian Paella is not what you show. It has Chicken, rabbit, and special white beans and green beans. All the other rices are other recipes, better or worse, but other. 2.- "Bunyols" de carbassa / "Buñuelos" de calabaza / fried pumpkin doughnuts more or less, and not "churros" (available too, but more typical in other parts of Spain) is the typical fried here, and just occasionally eaten, and available on special bars.

This video is completly full of mistakes...valencia was founded in 138 bc ...not by the cid...the cid conquered Valencia from the musulmans but he didnt founded it.....picasso was born in Malaga, Cervantes was born y Alcala....o please.....

Switching off subtitles and turning the volume down is the best way to watch this video if, like myself, you were looking to see something informative about Peneda-Gerês. It sounded serious but quickly became a comedy and then a waste of time.
