Sorry I used to live in Paris, Texas. Minus those few things that you mentioned unfortunately or fortunately there is nothing really to do. Not to burst your bubble but it is a crap fest to anyone that wants to visit that isn’t during the festival season.

I'm hoping to visit Paris, Texas this summer 2023. I'm fluent in the French language, though I'm sure that I won't need it. My birthday is July 14 which is Bastille Day in France. It's similar to the USA July 4th.
