It is impressive that these men get this work done under such aborant conditions, with no care for their safety or well being. It is also depressing that their country can't figure out how to move from a third world garbage dump to a viable country. These guys have shortened lives, increased medical problems in a country with no healthcare. You have the skill to build such items but you cannot clean up your country. More and more are immigrating away to countries that are living in the modern age. Seriously put some effort into improving your country.

What you can achieve with just good honest hard work. You hone your skills instead of worrying about modern day bullshit. HR, Induction, Safety bullshit, SOPs, etc. These guys make everyone in the modern world who use machinery to wipe their asses daily.....look like real amateurs when it comes to artisans

My friend from Pakistan worked with me for this welding company in South Carolina. He was hands down the best welder that company had. But unfortunately he got fired for too many safety infrastructures. When he left he opened up his on welding shop but that didn't last because of the fines that he kept racking up from OSHA and the Health Department. After that he opened up a liquor/ tobacco store...

What is amazing is that these guys have no eye, face or head protection. They just show up to work and hope nothing goes wrong.
