Hey there! We’re afraid there’s no way to 100% prevent this from happening. In this case, we can recommend making the preview text within Mailchimp longer, in order to prevent the body text from appearing.

Hey there! You can’t CC or BCC. Instead, you select which contacts or group of contacts you would like to send each email to. Contacts cannot see each other’s email addresses, or how many people an email was sent to.

Can the email in the journey be interactive? Meaning, are we able to ask a question in an email which allows the email recipient to answer (yes, interested in exhibiting; no, not interested this year in exhibiting) the question and then have that answer tagged in their Mailchimp record which would then exit them from the journey or take them down a path to close the sale?

Hi there! You can find it on their contact profiles. You can either use the search function to find an individual contact, or you can click on the "Audience" icon > All Contacts > Click on a contact.

When I click on each individual contact I can see what they have bought, but tagging them manually one by one will take me too much time.. How can I bulk tag them based on purchases?

Hey Jenny! Thanks for your very interesting demo. Just an idea for your team's consideration. It would be nice to have an integration for Facebook traffic/leads. For example, small businesses who has FB page to sell their products where they do all the selling and nurturing instead via emails or website. With the contacts they have, it would be great to have a similar automation for FB/Messenger contacts. I'm not sure if that possible 😅 but would really be a game-changer.
