Is it possible to import "pre-tagged" contacts into an audience? I have a spreadshett of contacts I wish to import, they have multile different tags. Some contacts may have one tag, others may have multiple tags. Can I import them in such a way that the tags are included in the import?

E.g. one contact might have the tag "previous staff" and another might have the tag "client" and another might have 2 different tags. Hey there. You can’t set up recurring campaigns, but if you’re on a paid plan, you can schedule different emails throughout the month, with different content on any days you’d like.

Why Was I told by Mailchimp Compliance team that uploading contacts is not good practice, and all contacts should be added via a sign-up form? They said that it doesn't matter if they have given consent somewhere else, only contacts who have signed up can receive emails. I quote "This also means that collection methods such as through business cards, trade show leads, past one-to-one communication, requesting more information, social media contacts, address books, and verbal consent alone are not considered verifiable permission to receive bulk emails. " I would also like to note that this is for a B2B business, and we are sending emails to other businesses - not individuals.

@@mailchimp These video mailers are missing important context, such as the fact that CSV's must use comma instead of semicolon. By rights, you should be guiding people on that step as it creates major issues int he finalisation of the import.
