Hey, Kudos to your efforts🙌! I'm not really sure if it is the best time to ask but, I was wondering if I could help you create a better distribution by working on post-production like better storytelling through Edits, Keywords, think catchy intros and outros, or even some engaging short clips! Would love to chat if you're interested and keep creating good content:)

Some form points that are usually not covered in any videos describing this exercise....... (1) The torso, hips & thighs should be on the same horizontal level. Choose the ball size that allows this as close as possible - you may have to push your hips up a bit to achieve this. (2) This horizontal position allows you to crunch properly and to keep the tension on the abs during the small motion involved in the exercise. (3) Keep your arms at your sides or cross them across your chest (beginners). (4) The (virtually horizontal) motion of your sternum moving towards your hips is slow and when as close to the hips as is possible crunch hard. (5) As your sternum returns to its starting position try not to lose all of the tension in your abs (i.e. don't go all the way back). Start the next rep (see 4). (6) Once you can do 15 reps either add weight by holding a plate at your chest or extend your straight arms above your head while doing the reps. (7) If you can do more than 20 slow reps then you are probably not doing them correctly. Analyse your form and if necessary correct it.

I got cracking and popping in right shoulder when raised up all the way , can this help?
@FitRobbyYouTube2 ай бұрын
The best answer is... maybe? Without a personal assessment by a movement specialist, there's no way I can advise except to say that there are a number of reasons for cracking and popping, but as long as it's not accompanied by pain, you should be fine. Sometimes tuning up the muscles and ligaments with these kinds of exercises can indeed help, and I've done these to both heal injuries and prevent them.
