I have been searching for my birth father for over 50 years. Last Tuesday, my search came to an end. I found my father. He passed in 1996, but I have two half siblings. I contacted them. Even with a 28% DNA match, with 1984 cM match, I'm still being ignored. I'm 77 years old, and I don't have much longer on this earth. What more must I do? How long must I wait?

So she text me and says mom" did you take an ancestry test 8 yrs ago when you tested with that guy who you thought was your dad? No " me= I used a private lab. And it came back no. I didn't believe it and I asked his daughter to take a siblings test with me. The guy said he had to keep it on the low because his wife was taking a board state test and he didn't want to disturb her. So test came back with 5 girls.. 3 his and 2 are not.. I was tripping because me and another girl looked like twins😯 so I asked her to please put my mind to rest and let's try again at another lab. Came back 0 percent match😭 I was 33.. so here we are, my daughter is getting relatives from her dad side and mine.. she says mom there is a match of a 1 cousin and he lives 3 miles from me. I connect and he was a minor but with a mom that observed his account and answered me. The mom took the test and it came back it was my daughters half aunt.. she is 5 yrs younger then me.. WITH THE SAME BIRTHDAY 🧐 4 CHILDREN LIKE ME.. AND LIVES IN THE SAME TOWN AS ME.. AND GREW UP ON THE SAME ST AS ME😯😭 So my daughter hires a genealogist. A women who is lisa shows up as a person of interest. She dug further and found a boy named Ryan connected to lisa. Its Lisa's nephew. They were trying to find through Lisa's line who matched the age of my mom . They said potential mates are usually 1-5 yrs apart. Ryan's birthday is August 10 1984 .. 10 days apart from the girl ricki who matched my daughter as half aunt.. we all live close🙃 so Ryan is contacted about the finding of his dad and uncle who are my moms age. Ryan ask his dad and he said he dated a girl named toni.. which is my moms name, but it was along time ago and everyone was Into love fest and drugs. So it could be true he said. I asked rickie and Ryan if i could pay for a high dollar test to get a accurate answer. They said yes. Last week it came back 99.992 we are all 3 half siblings that share the same father. I'm like no way.. my sister ricki 2 days later gets a test back from 23andme that she did a mth prior that said. Ryan matches as your 1 cousin and a kid named William matches as your half brother. " hold up.. my sister is freaked.. we just met the day before balloons, flowers.. tears.. it was shocking. . So she said tell Ryan to ask his dad to test. We did, he said ya.. but i have to be careful of not telling my wife yet, her mom just died and she is emotionally destrote.. ok folks I'm like here we go again, this dude is gona chicken out and swab the cats mouth. So Ryan comes and gets the test kit from me, goes back to his dads house.. gets the sample. . Takes it back to me, i send it through FedEx and now we wait. "" wait there is one more thing that happened last week after the test came back from 23andme and Ryan mentioned it to his dad. The kid William matched lisa. Lisa sent him to Ryan to talk.. Ryan pointed him to Ryan's uncle rick and said that's your dad a yr ago. So when ricki got her test back.. Ryan started spinning.. how can this be and told his dad randy his confusion. Randy says son.. I had some doubts earlier on in your younger yrs that your mom cheated with you, but I still stayed and raised you.. Ryan is like what.. so now the only other situation this could be is ... we are now taking a paternity test 3 siblings against 1 potential dad. Lord have mercy, if anyone sees and reads this.. this is not a game, this has so much hurt behind this. Growing up I was MOLESTED by my adoptive dad. I longed for my real parents to save me, at 11 met my real mom who would then drug me with meth and I would get MOLESTED. I led a very WICKED life and sex trafficking by my adoptive parents at 12 for yrs. I always wondered if I slept with my dad. It is sick it is so awful. But guess what.. I met JESUS CHRIST at 25 and he has healed me and set me FREEEEEEEE. Please REPENT and consider your soul. You dont have to be trafficking and drugged for 16 yrs like me to be just as traumatized by life and sinners. 1 sin is death. But JESUS CHRIST paid it all to buy you back and adopt you as his own. Say yes to JESUS CHRIST. I found my real father 16 yrs ago in my living room as I repented and cried out and said God I'm wrong your right. Please have mercy on me and teach me your ways😍💯🎯 I wrote this for you. . You know god is talking to you. He wants you to forgive others and YOURSELF. . And be about his business. Now I rescue girls and children from the life I used to live. Glory to the living CHRIST!

I have a question for you. I'm in a similar situation. Did the test thinking my biological father was someone else. Found out it's a completely different person. Found him, talked to him, he doesn't want to go any further. That's fine but what would you do about the 3 half siblings? Bio dad doesn't want me to contact them either.

Be forewarned... you might not like the results. I did it for the health predisposition results. I hadn't considered that 40 years ago I was a frequent sperm donor throughout 6 years of college, multiple banks in multiple states. I knew I didn't want to raise children but helping others to do so felt benevolent. Back then DNA testing wasn't thought of as a future consequence. I was very pleased with the health analysis but overwhelmed to discover I have over 100 biological relatives from my sperm donations, and from just the one DNA test company. I plan to test with other companies too. Then there are those people who have never had their DNA tested. I can't imagine how many biological children I must have.

I found who my half brother on fathers side using Ancestry dna and that lead me to identify of bio father. and found a half brother on mothers side.

I do not understand why people show different picture to list their video and never show that in the clip. Not a big deal but WTF people keep baiting?

Awesome story! When I took my DNA test I found out my legal father (that I look nothing like & that I was told was not my father at 7) is in fact my biological father. But that's not all! I was able to see that 1 of my grandpa's sisters had given up a child for adoption back in 1965 and was able to figure out which sister it was and reunite my second cousin with his long lost brothers. All in only a few days! He is so incredibly grateful and said his Christmas has been made!
