I started the onboarding process. I filled out both tax forms. waited 3 days as requested. I sent them a message and asked if there was anything I missed or anything I still needed to do. They told me to start over. So I did. Now, the Royalty tax form says not started, but when I click the link to fill it out, it says its already in progress. I asked support if it will still connect even though it says "not started" and they told me to " contact my tax professionals" and that they cannot help with onboarding. What do I do now?

hello, i have found your page thru a different person who was trying to help and see some things that might be wrong. but my biggest issue so far is the pop up opens fine everything is correct in the information. BUT once the pop up for the tax interviews show up it has a giant buffering icon and it stays loading for an indefinite amount of time making me unable to select or scroll to even not able to fill the form. is there a way to fix this?

When I'm filling out Tax Interview it says US citizens need a w9 form. The thing is it doesn't have a button to upload one

I can’t get mine to work no matter what troubleshooting I try. I use all Logitech, mouse keyboard and headset and my Logitech Hub will only register the cam randomly and even when it does it gives me an error message.

It keeps telling us the tax info we inout doesn't match what the federal files say, but we've entered the correct info.
