Camo Webcam App Review: Is It Worth the Money?

Watching this video as Epoc Cam no longer works on Streamyard since I downloaded Sonoma (MacOS). Any ideas?

I dont know but they updated the licence rules so no watermark for free version only issue is you can record at 1080p with 30 fps. For 4 months I am recording all my youtube videos on my phone with camo and it works great.

I'm not sure if this is new, about a year later, but I use the free version of Camo and I'm not forced to use the watermark. The upgrade still may be worth it for better quality, though at that point, it might be more worthwhile to just look into a camera for your computer. Hope this helps someone!

Nice review! I was not aware of Camo, so it is interesting to see these options it has. Personally I use the Elgato EPOC Cam and it works very well for my needs.

Thanks for the info! We're going to cover Elgato's Epoccam soon and then do a comparison of both. We're Elgato fanboys, so you know we were definitely getting to it. Fun fact: Evan Gow (StoryOrigin) introduced me to it. I was surprised I hadn't heard of it. I thought he was mistaken at first. hahaha -Dale

Thank you for this review, help me decide if i wanted to get this or not. For what i was going to use it for, i might as well use it for free. I just want a solution where i can display my great camrea quality on the screen, but not use it as a webcam persay, would be using it for screen recording, just with better quality in camrea.

The quality looked terrible, I'm surprised you used the front camera for this video. The rear cam looks much better thru camo

It was an iPhone 7, so the quality is on par for course. And, yes, the rear camera does look better, but I was a one-man show, so I worked with what I had.
