I love this video of the transporter bridge and quite surprised to see it is still there, rumour has it that some fella called Oz sold it to a tribe of Red Indians. Wow! The demo must have been at least two years ago. Either it's on a mass of concrete bigger than they've wanted to deal with or there's some cleanup they need to do first.

Apart from the weather a great ride out , at 77 I’ve just given up bike riding due to Parkinson’s disease weakening my legs. I had my bike on top of me, I was coming to a stop and my right leg folded under me.Fortunately passing motorists stopped and wrestled the bike off me)

Nice update video Mick, that place is absolutely massive, I mean you can see it from the road, but once you’re in the air you can really see. When it’s all finished it will be interesting to see them loading onto ships.

Yes, we had a very large, ominous-looking visitor in my neighborhood a few weeks back so I made a video of that. I've got footage for several more, but both need some editing in After Effects, which I haven't yet gotten good at, so getting them finished and published hasn't yet risen to the top of the priority list.

The big iron lump left in what was the hearth is known as a 'bear' . Worked on the whole 5 mile site for 35 years. Enjoying my 15th year of retirement. Never looked back !

Really emotional! I used to carry out maintenance work on this site and the site at Redcar. Such a massive shame the UK government allowed this to happen without a 2nd thought. Amazing footage, thank you for keeping this alive
