No, Jinbe is not needed if you are using Luffy special on stage 4 like I did in this run. Zeff provides type effects which you may be able to go without if your team is strong enough or if you have a different support that can provide extra damage stage 4. Whitey Bay is providing a chain additional on final stage. Sabo is important for removing despair on final stage and Akainu is important for getting matching slots on final stage as well.

You can also use whitebeard supp on marco if missing kid sabo on luffy to remove the despair!

Bullet special gives End of turn damage and barrier removal. The barrier removal requires llb max but is not necessary to beat the stage, it just makes it much easier. Watch the whole video before you start using resources on units and you won’t make that mistake. Plus, if you have all of the other pieces and tap correctly, you don’t need bullet maxed anyway.
