So great to see you, and what a wonderful WIP parade! It was fun to see your joy over your WIPs and to watch you consider options for 2025 in "real time" ☺ I hope that you are able to rest and feel some sense of rejuvenation over the winter break. Thinking of you as you continue to navigate your new job and health stuff and so happy to hear that you have insurance that covers the care you need. So great to see you back! As a retired teacher, I know changing districts is so hard, but so worth it for better medical insurance. We have similar tastes in our sampler choices. I hope your excitement of stitching comes back soon, as your stitching is gorgeous.

You had a lot of stitching progress, even though you mentioned several times you didn't. The Manning seaglass piece is especially beautiful - please show it if/when you fully finish it!

Nice to watch your videos. So glad you are having a slow, easy summer. Enjoy. You don’t need to change any colours on your projects. They are perfect the way they are! I stitch quite a bit, not much the past week or so! Depends on what is going on. I find that I like to fill out my Stitching Journal from Lori Sykes. That is a bit of a motivator for me!

The Seaglass finish is stunning. Do you change threads a lot or do you park several colors. Can’t imagine keeping track. Yours is beautiful. For Seasonal stitching I love Fall and am working furiously on a huge Halloween pattern of Teresa Kohut’s. I’m not that crazy about Halloween but I love this chart! Keep relaxing, your stitching bug will return.

The Lilly of the Valley is gorgeous. Please share your floss choices. The salt boxes are cute. Can relate to being a seasonal stitcher. Flosstubers I recommend; Curious Crafters, Comfort Stitching could help with motivation.

Hi Cait! Congratulations on your finish of Sea Glass! It’s beautiful. Makes me want to get my Grandma’s Lilacs or Orcas projects out and work on them. It’s ok to take a stitchy break. I didn’t stitch for an entire year after my dad died. Life events and stress just take time to process. Your saltbox piece is gorgeous! What a great idea to stitch a “window” of the four seasons. Don’t be too hard on yourself about your lack of stitchy motivation. It will come back! Mine was gone for the first few months of the year until I found a pattern that I couldn’t resist working on. For not really stitching you got a lot done especially your two beautiful finishes. And those are some sizable finishes. The seasonal houses have been on my wishlist for awhile they are just so petite and cute 😍 Can’t wait to see you in the next video. Ps love the parody song! That is the best 😂

I try to be a seasonal stitcher I just Togo’s at keeping up. I work 40hours a week and help my mom. I try to stitch when I can but like you sometimes I lose my motivation. I love you stitching.

Wonderful finishes Cait! I love the way your saltboxes turned out. That is a series I've wanted to stitch for a while now, and I'm inspired to stitch in a similar layout now as well. I don't consider myself a seasonal stitcher but I do enjoy Fall, Christmas and Patriotic/Historical stitching the most. - also a fellow Caitlin 😂 with the same spelling

This is true! I've mentioned it in other videos, but forgot in this one. I wasn't connecting to the summer patterns, so for my stitch, I decided to stitch both springs charts and have the one with the flowers and bees represent summer to me :) Thanks for watching!
