How appropriate the name of this song is. I was happies at 12, when I was 13 my life spiralled out of control. 12 is an age when you are truly ignorant of the world in many ways. I was touched up by another boy at my school when I was 17, he was 15, but tricked me into forming a sexual relationship that I did not want!! I only said something when he went after a 12 year old boy, but that meant admitting we had done stuff to each other. He seemed so nice at first, well for the first 6 months at least. Then the "requests" started coming. The only thing is, I was 17 so if it went to court I would be the one going on trial, not him.

Hey, I wish it made it to legit CD too. But it seems like neither of the 4 members have enough dosh to just make it happen. You need at least a label willing to shill money on the project, AND someone responsible for finding ALL of the tapes. Cause, believe it or not, about a 3rd of their songs were never commercially released (or included on cassettes no one can find anymore).

It's from Rab's 1974 album on A & M produced by Elliott Mazer (who also produced in the same year Andy Fairweather-Low's "Spider Jiving) and indeed you're correct... you not only detect Gerry Rafferty but, you also hear his compadre Joe Egan ...well spotted !

Sounds like The Church and Echo & The Bunnymen, bands which had many charting hits, but not often heard on FM radio today. Cook da Books, not sure, cannot find them on Spotify. Perhaps due to being Indie (Independent). Sure, they have some good bio on Wikipedia (Liverpool, England), but finding their music in stores, nope. Internet marketplaces, yup.

Out of my window I see life running by,why here inside me my lonely heart could die, I'm out on an Ocean, emotions slip away, I thought that this was my time but faith has turned away. I'm going in a corner and the corners in my mind, A lonely trumpet sounds,I hear it all the time, I'm like a plastic man,I'm lifeless dead (or) alive I'm looking at myself and how I should of tried. But I never listen,i never listen. Who keeps telling me,better with this Goldenage. Goldenage, with here today.

A song being good is not enough. You also need heavy radio play (money paid, or a DJ really liking your stuff), and a label interested in producing.
