Are they working on Low-Profile Keychrons?
@derekvadneau22 сағат бұрын
Would you consider doing another video with these keys and one (or all :) ) of the keys you use in your other videos? Same switches with different keys. That would help provide a baseline to understand where these fit into that soundscape. Either way, thanks for your time and thoughts on these!

Geon has a Keykobo Piano offering made of Polycarbonate in Cherry profile that sounds and feels great.

It's a shame that neat cap materials are exclusive to common sculpted profiles like OEM and Cherry. I'm a uniform profile guy, but we rarely even see double shot plastic on uniform profiles, let alone any materials other than PBT.

Ceramic are trash man, too heavy and too inconsistent in shape
@dreamtheater6575Күн бұрын
I have them both and the metal ones are deeper sounding. The ceramic ones look better to me though and if you care about it they allow rgb to shine through on the lighter colored versions.

Definitely was not expecting such a high resonance and pitch on the Blacks. I always assumed they were close to (undampened ivory) or even Orange Alps.

Wonderful sound... similar to light, faded clickies. Sad, these are not in production anymore.

How does Bluetooth and wired keyboards compare in terms of speed? I am looking for a low profile mechanical keyboard that’s is fast for gaming.

Kailh really keeping the clickies alive. Love that this video exists though I'm more looking forward to the tactile & linear versions. A lot of these seem to have a grainy sound that's off-putting to me. Might look up the Night Fireflies. Those Mute Jades are a weird little niche: silent clicky? How do they feel?

Kailh is the best switch brand

I was waiting to see this review. I had them and switched them to outemu silent peach v3s because they where really loud. Loved how light they where (i had the 28g) but they are too loud for my taste. Now that i've seen the db ratings it makes sense. Is there any silent switch as light as these? I'm even considering switching the springs on the outemus with the MMDs

Top-notch production as usual! So which one of the Akko-HMX switches do you prefer-Mirror or Stellar Rose? Mirror seems to be much louder (brighter for sure!) and have a bit shorter travel distance. I’m surprised there is some difference in smoothness.
