Love in-cap indicator lights. Haven't had those since my first computer keyboard. Presumable it would need to be supported by a similar board ...and switch if cap lock was to have two positions. I don't know if any modern 2 position switches exist.

odd that they would design a 'retro' keyboard then put dampening foam inside it
